This policy explains how Perfect Dimension Studios Ltd handles information in the Convertizo app and on this support website.

1. The Convertizo app

Convertizo does not require an account and does not contain advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking technologies. Perfect Dimension does not collect your conversion values, location, contacts, advertising identifier, or device activity through the app.

Your most recent value and unit choices for each category are stored locally on your device so the app can restore them. Cached currency rates and their reference date are also stored locally so currency conversion can continue when you are offline. Removing the app removes this local data.

2. Currency reference rates

Convertizo requests a public daily exchange-rate file directly from the European Central Bank. The request does not contain your entered values or selected currency pair. The ECB and network providers may process standard connection information, such as an IP address, under their own policies. Perfect Dimension does not receive or retain that request information.

Reference rates are informational and may not match the rate offered by a bank, card issuer, or currency exchange provider.

3. Support requests

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it only to investigate and reply to your request. Your email provider and ours process the message under their respective policies.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain an appropriate support history, and meet legal obligations. Do not include payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

4. This website

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this website. Our hosting provider may temporarily process standard request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information included in a support request, subject to applicable law and any information we must retain. Contact us using the details below.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
